    Answer: It all depends on the vehicle. On my 07 Yukon, you just select the add key option on the display, select it, hold the lock and unlock button on the remote for about 10 sec, listen for the beep and voila.

    Answer: These sure worked well for my 2011 Avalanche. I can't say what might have happened, but it does clearly say it they should work for you. Maybe try again.
