Answer: I think it would help with cracking but if it's not easily useable its a waste. However, QOR's tube watercolors are premixed with QOR Oxgall wetting agent which helps in spreading seamlessly and creating greater flow. -

Answer: Not a sealer. QOR medium is Aquazol, a polymer-ish that reactivates when wetted after it has dried and cured—like gum arabic. To learn how to seal watercolor paintings, look at YouTube videos which explain how to spray on a coating of artist quality, permanent sealer. -

Is this a type of binder similar to gum arabic to help strengthen to keep it from cracking so easy?
Answer: Aquazol, the binder QOR uses, is superior to gum arabic because it is acid neutral and holds more pigment. It is viscous and flexible. It has never cracked when I used it. -

Can this be used with dry pigment to make your own watercolors? What are the ingredients?
Answer: I used it with pigments but not specifically watercolor. There are YouTube videos that will be helpful. Ingredients include Aquazol, a polymer-ish that reactivates when wetted after it has dried and cured—like gum arabic. -

Can I use this to mix with pearl pigments to make watercolors?
Answer: Yes. Better than gum arabic because that is acidic—not archival. It will act like watercolors, i.e., can be reactivated if it gets wet. -
