This M12 x 1.25 tap is highly recommended by customers who have purchased it, they have found that it cuts through steel easily and has been able to resolve their threading issues. Most customers have used it to clean or repair stripped threads. One customer mentioned that it felt too easy to use on aluminum but snugging up too much might strip out the new replacement plug so it's essential to be gentle and patient when using it.
