antwoord: The pocket inside the pouch is 10x6 inches and there is a removable foam insert for extra carrying space inside the pouch. So yes a 1 liter bladder would fit in there. -

antwoord: The Velcro bags are neon orange and should stand out fine. They are a smaller bag though. -

antwoord: The velcro attachments for the pouches don't have any issues holding up, even with salt water use. -

antwoord: The harness has a built-in flotation aid and the detachable pouches also provide extra buoyancy. The material is the same as a life jacket, just not as bulky. So this product will provide some support while swimming. -
