antwoord: I would highly recommend against using wooden 2x4's with these jacks. The #2000 ultra jack is intended only for use on the rubber-faced aluminum poles that are available as part of a complete aluminum pump jack system. The only jacks that are meant to be used on 2x4's are the steel jacks, #2200. -
