Our marine gel coat restorer contains a proprietary mix of lubricants and oxidation removers that actually penetrate the fiberglass. This deep-action formula replenishes the gel coat, reversing the effects of sun-fading and acid rain. It transforms dull, chalky surfaces back to a professional factory showroom finish, making it an essential part of any boat detailing kit. How to Use Ultra Gloss Restoring Compounds Use a damp folded cotton towel or sponge applicator to spread a thin coat of Ultra Gloss Compound over a 3-4 foot working area. Allow a few minutes for the product to penetrate the gel coat. Polish in an overlapping circular motion or use a high speed buffer until the desired gloss is achieved. Buff off working area with cotton towels. After entire boat is restored, apply a coat of WOODY WAX CARNAUBA GLASS COAT or CARNAUBA CREME WAX for a full 6 months protection.
