The machine is suitable for different paper sizes like A4, letter size, half letter, A5, B5, and more, making it versatile in use. The machine is heavy and sturdy, which ensures that it doesn't slide around on the table but has a small footprint and can be easily moved when not in use. Moreover, the individual punches have a lever in the front that can be easily pulled out if you want to punch fewer holes.
