The guitar action may cause fret buzz, and some noted it feels a bit flat. The neck and finish may have flaws. The guitar is manufactured in Indonesia by Fender USA. Amazon has a 30-day refund policy that some customers were unhappy with. Overall the Fender CD-140SCE Dreadnaught is a good guitar at an affordable price.
