There is little to no grip, and the laces are very long. It seems that these sneakers are not suitable for work, particularly if the work includes being on the wet surface, and they may not last as long as expected. Overall, the Fila Fulcrum Casual Shoe is a decent shoe for everyday wear, but it may not be the best option for those who require more supportive footwear or for work-related activities.
