This cuckoo clock is well-received by most customers. The clock has enough motion to make it fun to watch, and the nighttime mode is a feature that customers like. Some customers had difficulties making sure the cuckoo bird comes out on time and the water wheel doesn't always turn. One customer accidentally requested a return but decided to keep it and even considered ordering another one. The clock keeps good time, has fantastic movement and music, and is easy to set up. However, one customer received a broken clock because the box wasn't marked fragile. Overall, the majority of customers enjoy this clock's appearance and functionality.
