- These potentiometers are for printed circuit board , or through hole application. Also if you are clever, you can even use these as surface mount parts. You just have to position pins where you want them before soldering
- They came in a nice storage box, 20 each per value, with markings on the box. Moreover, the pots themselves were clearly marked as 101, 102 etc, meaning 10 plus 1 more zero (100 ohms) and 10 plus 2 more zeros (1000 ohms), so that's not a problem for you. You can always use a meter to read the resistance if you don't understand the markings
