antwoord: It is a moda scrap bag so you never know. Generally speaking it is always longer than 21" but you never know. -

About How many strips do you receive?
antwoord: I didn’t count them but they were not worth it. I would pass on it. -

antwoord: No, they are 2 1/2 inch in size and all of them have salvaged end with holes on the bottom. -
