It comes with a manual hand crank and is adjustable to strip wire from 22G and up. The gauge is adjustable for greater flexibility. The machine is well built and should provide years of service with regular lubrication of the gears. However, it may not work well on bigger wires, so if you have a lot of 500mcm, we would recommend an electric machine like the MWS-808PMO or WS-212 from the same brand. Overall, this product is a good investment for those dealing with smaller size wires.
