It is not suitable for use in a vehicle as it requires 36 VDC. One receiver can handle two speakers, and one transmitter can handle two receivers at a time. Simply hook the surround speaker wires from the subwoofer to the Amphony Transmitter and then hook up wires from the Amphony Receiver to the surround speakers.
