It comes with a temperature curve and chaff collector, which helps to give a more Consistent roast. The roaster is made in China, but it comes with a manual and helpful YouTube videos. However, there were some complaints about missing parts and dents upon arrival. Nevertheless, customer service was excellent, as they were quick to respond and provided necessary replacements within a week.
