The device has to be set as the default device in control settings. The loopback function was a bit confusing, and the buffer samples had to be chosen through a poorly designed outsourced control panel, but otherwise, the Rubix24 performed well. The device worked perfectly with the DAW or OBS software, and there is no need to contact customer support.
