Buyers had to be cautious about how they stretched the fabric as it could become more transparent and reveal more than they intended. Sewing and cutting were fairly easy, and some sewers used a zig-zag stitch. The price was reasonable, and buyers appreciated that they could buy the amount of material they needed.
