The North Face Recon School Laptop Backpack is a unisex bag that can fit a 16 inch MacBook Pro laptop with plenty of space, has a mesh pocket that stretches to fit light items like a rain jacket. There are side pockets for bottles and the bag is coated with a non-PFC DWR finish which can withstand brief exposures to moisture but not heavy rain or snow. The waist belt is not removable, but can be buckled behind you or wrapped to the front. The laptop sleeve measures 11.5" x 17.75", and the bag is backed by a lifetime warranty. Customers found the bag to be comfortable, useful and with good compartments. Some customers, however, reported the product breaking or with a smaller interior than expected.
