There are a total of 18 programmable buttons, but only the top knob and top six buttons are configurable in the software. The software download can be a little sketchy, and the user interface is not so intuitive. However, the keys are hot-swappable and very responsive. The RGB lighting is limited to some of the keys and has a limited selection of colors and effects. The layers are controlled by a button at the top, and the case is made of cut-out layers of acrylic. The keyboard is compatible with both Mac and PC, but if you own a Mac, you need to find someone with a PC to program it for you. Also, the Bluetooth feature seems to erase all the settings that the PC programming accomplished.
