The kit includes two screen protector films, ensuring that you have a spare in case of accidental damage. These films are made of biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which provides outstanding mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance.
They are die-cut to fit perfectly on the Shearwater Teric's screen. The Teric dive computer's screen is made of synthetic sapphire crystal, known for its exceptional scratch resistance. However, it is still possible to scratch the crystal with certain materials, such as man-made substances that incorporate silicon carbide. While this is an unlikely scenario, the Shearwater Teric Screen Protection Kit allows you to add an extra layer of protection to your screen to minimize the risk of scratches. The kit includes a microfiber cloth, dust absorber sticker, dry/wet wipes, and a squeegee for easy installation and maintenance of the screen protector.
