They were able to install OPNsense without any problems, but they did note that the device runs warm, so it's advisable to place it in a ventilated area or Consider adding a fan. The manual for the device is printed in Chinese, but it is relatively easy to use. Customers simply need to remove the backplate, install RAM and SSD, replace the backplate, connect the necessary cables, and power it on. The entire setup process takes about 5 minutes.
