The show ran for six seasons and gained a large following worldwide. The Complete Collection on DVD includes every episode from the series, as well as bonus features. Overall, customers are pleased with their purchase of the Downton Abbey Complete Collection on DVD. Many appreciate being able to watch the series on their own time and not just when it is aired on public television. In addition, customers are impressed with the affordable price and the quick shipping and easy online purchasing process. However, one customer noted that the cases for the DVDs arrived broken and the insert sheets were damaged. The customer contacted the seller and has been assured that replacement cases and insert sheets will be shipped. Another customer believes there is a missing scene or more from both the American DVD collection and the British "unedited collection," as they recall a scene that doesn't seem to be present on either version.
