The UV filter provides protection for the lens from scratches and dust, while the CPL filter helps reduce glare and reflections while adding contrast to the image. The filters are made from Japanese Optics Glass and come with a 1Peak color spectrum. The filters can fit any lens with a 58mm filter size screw, regardless of brand.
