Despite low expectations due to previous experiences with other antennas, customers were pleasantly surprised by this product. One customer, located in a rural area surrounded by hills, initially mounted the antenna on the side of their house and was able to pick up 12 channels. They then mounted the antenna on a 24ft pole and were amazed to pick up channels 100 miles away. In total, they were able to receive 19 permanent channels and 21 other channels at night. This customer believes that those in less remote locations would likely receive even more channels. Another customer, who had purchased numerous antennas in the past, was skeptical about the performance of amplified antennas. However, they were impressed with the RCA Attic/Outdoor Antenna, noting that it provided superior reception compared to amplified antennas. They were able to receive 31 channels, with some having 100% strong signals. A customer who watched a YouTube video review of this antenna found it easy to assemble and adjust. By using a signal finder antenna app and attaching their phone to the antenna boom, they were able to aim and adjust the antenna without any issues. This customer received 38 channels, with 30 of them having strong signals and no pixelation problems. Another customer found success with this antenna when installed in their attic.
