However, it is not recommended to use the toner without the developer. The Pulp Riot High Speed Toner can be used by anyone with level 10 hair and looking for a silver color. In case of yellow tones, it is recommended to use the purple-based Pulp Riot High Speed Icy Toner to cancel it first before using Silver. Customer reception: The product has mixed reception and a few customers have reported not receiving the product.
