The thermostat can even display outdoor temperature and humidity, allowing you to monitor the conditions outside without stepping foot out the door. The wireless thermostat operates on batteries, providing an impressive one-year battery life. Plus, with a two-month low battery warning, you'll never be caught off guard by a dead thermostat. The dual fuel capability is also available, but requires the C7089R1013 wireless outdoor sensor, which is sold separately. The kit also includes an Equipment Interface Module (EIM) which serves as the hub for all your HVAC equipment.
All your devices are wired to the EIM, which then communicates wirelessly with the thermostat and other wireless devices. This ensures seamless operation and efficient control of your heating and cooling systems. To further enhance safety and peace of mind, the thermostat kit also comes with a Return Air Sensor.
