Use a lighter colour than highlighter over the eye shadow. To achieve a matte finish, use BellaPierre make-up primer before application. Cream eyeshadow. For dramatic effects, use a moistened applicator. Use a blush brush and apply the powder in the desired colour along the cheekbones. For a dramatic and matte look, use a damp make-up sponge. Eyeliner. Use a thin eyeliner brush and moisten it slightly before using the colour powder. Apply the eyeliner to the lower and/or upper lash line. Lipstick.
