What is the ml cleaner/water ratio for the Lavazza Voicy?
antwoord: For my Wilfa Classic+, I followed the instructions on the Malita website of 125ml of Anti Calc liquid, half the bottle, put into the water reservoir with 325ml water. This was run through the machine. I then ran 1 litre of water through to remove any traces of the descaler. -

How much of the bottle do you use in one cleaning session?
antwoord: Use half of the bottle for each descale. This is indicated half way down on the left hand side of the label on the back of the bottle by a 125ml indicator line. -

antwoord: Check out Melita's website for your country/region. They have a good documents section for each product that may help. -

The packet says that it’s not suitable for use with stainless steel. I have the machine with the insulated pot. Would this work still?
antwoord: I think I have the same insulated jug as you and we have used this product 3 or 4 times now and there is no change to the jug. -

I recently bought a filter machine and got this to clean it but there are no instructions. Can you tell me how to use it please?
antwoord: Please put 50ml of the liquid in 450ml of water. Put this solution in the water tank and then press the calc or start button on your machine. -

Which is the best descaler for 'Melitta Look' machines?
antwoord: I did not use this powder. I was using the melitta anti calc liquid. You may want to have a look at the Descaler UK website as they stock a range of cleaning products for Melitta coffee machines. -

How do I open the bottle of descaler?
antwoord: Push the lid down and turn it anticlockwise. -

Do I really have to use this for my Melitta Caffeo Solo or can I use another brand?
antwoord: No idea. I just use it rather than not. You can buy other apple chargers too but they never seem to be as good. -

Where can I find the instructions for descaling Melitta CI?
antwoord: On the back of the Anti Calc liquid is a set of instruction. In the top right hand corner should be a grey triangle, peel this back and it will give you instruction for GB on the amount of descaling liquid (125ml) and water (325ml) total 500ml needed to descale the CI.
