  • vraag: Does it come with any strips or lancets?

    antwoord: This comes with batteries included, a lancing device, Control Solution, 10 lances and 10 test strips.
  • vraag: Can I get vat relief as I don’t see option at checkout?

    antwoord: No idea, but device is cheap.
  • vraag: Does it integrate with Apple health?

    antwoord: Yes. When the device gives you your result after lancing, you turn it off and the bluetooth connection establishes with the GlucoRX app on your phone (you'll see the device light flashing blue). Apple Health automatically pulls that new data (providing you have allowed it access). On Apple Health you have a section dedicated to it called 'Blood Glucose'.
  • vraag: I haven't used mine for a long time, can you do a complete reset and start fresh?

    antwoord: Yes you can. In the battery compartment, there is a reset button for date, time, etc. It also enables you to cancel everything.
  • vraag: Can the units be changed from mmol/l to mg/dl or mg/l?

    antwoord: Yes, I am sure they can, if in doubt check with the manufacturer.
  • vraag: How to enable family sharing in the app?

    antwoord: Family sharing is not a feature within the app, the meter is meant for personal use i.e. One individual. The functionality within the app is built on the premise that it is a single individual using the tool and app. However, if it is a case of family members being interested in the results of an individual using the meter, a workaround could be asking the User of the meter and app to export the results of using the meter to a Shared Folder which could then be accessed by other family members, who could then see the results for that individual.
