Nutritionist's Take
Mullein Drops, made from Mullein Leaf Extract, are often marketed for their potential respiratory benefits, including alleviating coughs and clearing the lungs. Nutritionists recognize Mullein for its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, which may support lung health. However, while many consumers find value in herbal supplements like Mullein for respiratory support, there is limited scientific evidence fully validating these health claims. Concerns about ingredient quality should also be noted, as the efficacy can vary widely between brands, with some utilizing high-quality extracts while others may contain fillers or additives. Additionally, individuals with certain dietary restrictions should consult a healthcare professional before use, especially those on blood thinners or taking other medications. Overall, while Mullein Drops can be a beneficial addition to wellness routines, they should not replace traditional medical treatments.
